WEST STAR LAUNCHES NEW MAINTENANCE EVENT PORTAL FOR CUSTOMERS

The Maintenance Event Portal is the latest tool West Star Aviation is offering to help customers stay connected while their aircraft is in work.

The new portal will make communication with the West Star team faster and more efficient. The user-friendly portal makes it easy for customers to approve squawks online, provide approval status, review labor, parts, service and other squawk charges, as well as provide a direct connection to lead technicians to supply or review specific detailed photos regarding squawks.

This service will be offered to West Star customers who have their aircraft in-house at any of their full-service facilities. For more information or to access the portal, please connect with your program manager.
