duncan aviation names aerolineas ejecutivas alliance program member for mexican support
April 20, 2018
Duncan Aviation announced the growth of its Alliance Program into Mexico with a Duncan Aviation Alliance agreement signed this week by Aerolineas Ejecutivas, a highly respected service provider in the country. The goal of the Duncan Aviation Alliance Program is to enhance market presence and customer service levels for corporate jet operators around the world. Duncan Aviation has two other Alliance Program members, Air Alsie and JetSupport in Europe.
The Duncan Aviation Alliance Program is designed to support the customers of both Duncan Aviation and its Alliance Program members. To this end, Duncan Aviation’s customers located in Mexico and Latin America will benefit from having more convenient regional support. Duncan Aviation and Aerolineas are currently sharing best practice procedures and solidifying a long-term business relationship to further enhance overall service and support for business aircraft owners/operators and the business aviation communities in Mexico and Latin America. These services include airframe and engine maintenance, engine overhaul, landing gear overhaul, Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) upgrades, Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) and engineering, parts and components sales, paint and interior refurbishment, and aircraft sales opportunities. The Alliance Program will also explore the potential for niche field support services in Mexico, and process and product innovation to shorten aircraft service downtimes.
“Aerolineas Ejecutivas has been a valued customer of Duncan Aviation for decades and we are very pleased to be able to take our partnership to a new level,” says Mike Minchow, Duncan Aviation Vice President of Service Sales. “This agreement is a way for us to more readily share information and better support mutual customers and the industry as a whole. We are extremely selective in our choice of Duncan Aviation Alliance Program members. Selection criteria is based on market coverage requirements, capabilities and reputation of the prospective partners.”
Aerolineas Ejecutivas is the only company in Latin America whose operation covers all aspects of business aviation. Its services include charter and air taxi, aircraft sales, aircraft management, ground support, and aircraft maintenance.
