TAC Air, a fixed-base operator (FBO) with 14 locations across the country, today became the first FBO Chain to be issued the rigorous safety and ground handling accreditation from the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC). 17/11/2016TAG AVIATION COMPLETES FIRST 120- MONTH INSPECTION ON GLOBAL EXPRESS AIRCRAFT

TAG Aviation Maintenance Services Europe has completed its first 120-month inspection on a Global Express aircraft. The 120-month inspection project - which was completed in August and has been carried out at TAG Farnborough’s Maintenance Services Centre - included a full strip and repaint of the aircraft’s livery, a SwiftBroadband upgrade and a cabin refurbishment which was undertaken at TAG’s Maintenance Services Centre in Geneva.

The official opening of the new RUAG Aviation component repair center in Subang, Malaysia, confirms the aircraft provider’s commitment to the region. The center serves the company’s position as a component services hub for aviation customers and OEMs in Asia. The announcement of the opening follows on a successful audit and European Safety Agency (EASA) Part 145 approval.

Bombardier Business Aircraft announced that its segment-defining Global 7000 aircraft program completed the successful maiden flight of its first flight test vehicle (FTV1). This first flight marks the start of a flight test program for the newest member of Bombardier’s flagship Global aircraft family, which is scheduled to enter into service in the second half of 2018.
