Jet Aviation Basel launched its 3D application, JetVision, at the 2016 European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva. JetVision provides clients with a secure way to interact with the facility and visually manage their completions projects.

Rockwell Collins has announced that its Venue™ high-definition cabin management and entertainment system will be featured on new Bombardier Global 5000 and Global 6000 aircraft beginning in Q3 of 2016. It will also be available as a retrofit solution on in-service Global aircraft models through Bombardier Service Centers.

Safran Helicopter Engines has opened its new regional headquarters dedicated to engines support in the Singapore's Seletar Aerospace Park. Jet Aviation continues to grow its global managed fleet. In the past two months, the company has added two Gulfstream G650s and a G550, and an Airbus to its managed fleet in EMEA and Asia, and two Dassault Falcon 2000, a Sikorsky S-76 helicopter and a Global Express in the US.

Comlux The Aviation Group has announced that Comlux America LLC, the Completion and Service Center based in Indianapolis IN, signed their 12th VIP interior completion for a BBJ 737-700IGW aircraft. The aircraft officially input into the Indianapolis facility in January and is scheduled to take approximately 14 months to complete including exterior paint.

The GDC Group has announced excellent progress on its development of the Supplemental Type Certificates (STC) for the installation of the Honeywell’s Ka-Band JetWave hardware on different Boeing and Airbus aircraft. The FAA/EASA STCs will be finalized during the 1st quarter of 2017 and the aircraft types that are involved include those in Boeing Business Jet, Airbus Corporate Jet and Commercial configuration.

West Star Aviation has announced they are performing their first 96-calendar month Embraer Legacy 600 heavy inspection. The 96-month inspection is a very invasive process that includes removal of interior down to fuselage skins and frames, all large exterior fairings, landing gear, flight controls, wing leading edges, and, flaps are removed.

The HondaJet has received type certification from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Honda Aircraft Company announced the achievement during a press conference at the European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE), which is taking place in Geneva, Switzerland from May 24 – 26.
