Honda Aircraft Company announced that it will showcase the HondaJet at the Middle East Business Aviation Association (MEBAA) Conference Dec. 6-8 in Dubai, the region’s premier Business Aviation event. The appearance at the Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International Airport will mark the first time a HondaJet will be on public display in the Middle East.

Flying Colours Corp., the North American MRO, completion and refurbishment specialist, has delivered two CRJ 200 aircraft conversions to Resorts World of Malaysia. The CRJ200 regional airliners have been converted from regular airline format to corporate shuttle configuration and will be used by Resorts World to transport customers between its leisure resorts in Malaysia.

Cessna Aircraft Company announced that the second aircraft in the Citation Longitude flight test program has successfully completed its first flight just over one month after the first prototype aircraft took to the skies in October. Luxaviation Belgium, part of the Luxaviation Group, is unveiling its new 4,000m² hangar facility at Kortrijk-Wevelgem International Airport, Belgium. The hangar, being officially opened on Thursday, November 17 by Dutch violinist and conductor André Rieu, is part of a €4 million investment by the Luxaviation Group.

TAG Aviation Maintenance Services Europe has completed its first 120-month inspection on a Global Express aircraft. The 120-month inspection project - which was completed in August and has been carried out at TAG Farnborough’s Maintenance Services Centre - included a full strip and repaint of the aircraft’s livery, a SwiftBroadband upgrade and a cabin refurbishment which was undertaken at TAG’s Maintenance Services Centre in Geneva.

The official opening of the new RUAG Aviation component repair center in Subang, Malaysia, confirms the aircraft provider’s commitment to the region. The center serves the company’s position as a component services hub for aviation customers and OEMs in Asia. The announcement of the opening follows on a successful audit and European Safety Agency (EASA) Part 145 approval.
