Duncan Aviation line service team members from Battle Creek and Kalamazoo, Michigan, and Lincoln, Nebraska, recently completed specialized training from Gulfstream and FlightSafety International.  The training they received included Gulfstream aircraft parking, fueling, towing and mooring, water servicing, lavatory servicing, window cleaning, and snow and ice removal for the Gulfstream G150, G200, G280, G450, G550, and G650 models.

The solution monitors aircraft information to detect and alert when abnormal flight situations occur and will come standard on the A350 WXB and A380 and as an option for A320, A330 and A340 aircraft.

19/06/2017ARDIDEN 3G OBTAINS EASA TYPE CERTIFICATION

Safran Helicopter Engines has received EASA engine type certification for its Ardiden 3G engine, which powers Russian Helicopters’ Ka-62. The helicopter made its official maiden flight on 25 May 2017. Since its first ground test, the Ardiden 3 maturation and certification campaign has accumulated more than 8500 hours of test. Thanks to this extensive test phase, the Ardiden 3G will demonstrate a high level of maturity at entry into service.
