FLYINGGROUP has been recognised as a maintenance company for the business jets of leading aircraft manufacturer Cessna. This makes FLYINGGROUP part of the select group of fewer than 35 aviation companies worldwide which are recognised as Cessna service centers.
This prestigious partnership confirms the superior quality of FLYINGGROUP maintenance services.
With this accreditation, FLYINGGROUP will participate in maintaining the more than 800 Cessna business jets operating in Europe. FLYINGGROUP is investing 2.5 million euros in the new Service Center and hiring 10 new employees.
FLYINGGROUP, which conducts business flight activities from the airports of Antwerp, Rotterdam, Paris, Cannes and soon Luxembourg, has located its Cessna Citation  maintenance company at the Antwerp airport, where the group's headquarters is also established.
A team of 15 highly-qualified and certified maintenance specialists are on hand to maintain the Cessna Citation business jets.
FLYINGGROUP has more than 18 years of experience maintaining Cessna Citation aircraft and has a fleet of 21 planes, including 16 Cessna Citations. Recently FLYINGGROUP further strengthened its fleet by adding the prestigious Citation Mustang business plane, which is recognised as the world´s first genuinely ´personal´ jet.
"We are especially proud of this collaboration with Cessna, something which is reserved for only a very few aviation companies. This partnership and accreditation of our maintenance services is a new lever for our further growth in Europe, where we are focusing primarily on the Benelux market and the Scandinavian countries, notes Bernard Van Milders, CEO of FLYINGGROUP.
