Marshall Business Aviation’s new executive aviation center at Marshall Airport Cambridge was
opened officially today by Trevor Esling, Vice President International Sales, Cessna Aircraft
Company.
The £5million centre is unique in that it combines both executive handling services together
with a 50,000 sq ft aircraft maintenance facility. For travelers, the center features impressive
VIP lounges, an executive boardroom and extra visit and onward travel services. By
integrating the maintenance facility with the handling facility, crews and operators can benefit
from on-site offices, crew rest rooms and flight planning services.
In a ceremony held to display this state-of-the-art business aviation center to
regional businesses and the aviation industry as a whole, Trevor Esling said:
“As Cessna approaches its 1000th Citation delivery to Europe we are delighted to
see the opening of the new Business Aviation Center at Marshall’s.
Cessna and Marshall’s have grown substantially since our first association
34 years ago, and the new Business Aviation Center marks a new phase in that
relationship and demonstrates Marshall’s full and continued commitment to the
UK and the European Citation business jet market.”
Mr Michael Marshall, Chairman of Marshall Group of Companies, commented:
“I am really delighted that Trevor Esling is performing the formal opening of the
Marshall Business Aviation Center.
