Dassault Falcon will continue its practice of positioning technical support personnel and spare parts in strategic locations to assist operators who will be travelling to highly-attended events in 2010. These events include the World Economic Forum, in Davos, Switzerland (January 27-31), the Singapore Airshow, in Singapore (February 2-7), the Super Bowl XLIV, in Miami, Florida (February 7), the Winter Olympics, in Vancouver, Canada (February 12-28), and the Soccer World Cup in South Africa (June 11-July 11).
“We will be deploying extra personnel and resources to make sure that our operators have the highest level of support as they travel to these events,” said Jacques Chauvet, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service. “The quality of support we’re able to offer is also due, in large part, to the strategic global expansion over the past two years of our parts warehouses and company owned service centers,” he added.
In addition to 24/7 technical hotline assistance, Dassault will have dedicated personnel providing support for these events. Spare parts warehouses in Le Bourget, France; San Jose, California; Teterboro, New Jersey; and Singapore will be stocked with ample inventories to support spare part needs. Dassault will also strategically position spares inventory in Western Canada and South Africa to support Falcon activity during the Winter Olympics and World Cup events and will facilitate the import/export if required. In addition, Dassault will arrange for the transportation needed to deliver the parts.
Dassault’s personnel are positioned at these events to provide any necessary troubleshooting assistance, and will coordinate closely with local Authorized Service Centers and the nearest parts warehouse to minimize any delays in return to service should an AOG situation arise.
