DASSAULT FALCON COMPLETES 5TH E-FORUM
With Falcon operators participating from around the globe, Dassault Falcon recently completed its fifth E-Forum in an ongoing series, noting increased levels of participation and interaction from its global customer base.
The most recent E-Forum was attended by 18 Falcon operators from the United States, France, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and Brazil. Training partners and representatives from Falcon authorized service centers also took part in the forum. A presentation by Falcon’s Service Engineering team kicked off the session with updates on key systems and operational issues. Operators were actively involved throughout the EForum bringing questions and useful comments to the technical teams at Dassault Falcon.
“In addition to our global Regional Seminar series, where face-to-face contact gives Falcon customers the opportunity to directly interact with our customer service personnel, our EForum series provides an excellent way to discuss timely issues with our customers in a convenient manner,” said Jacques Chauvet, Senior Vice President of Customer Service. “We continue to receive excellent feedback from our operators that underscores the value of this tool.”
Each E-Forum is approximately one hour in duration and focuses on specific technical topics, which often are submitted in advance by customers. At the end of the presentation, customers are able to ask questions, provide feedback and engage in a live discussion with Dassault Falcon representatives.
