Senior note holder of Eclipse Aviation filed a motion in Bankruptcy Court last week to convert the company's Chapter 11 proceedings to Chapter 7, giving them control of the assets. Consequently, New Eclipse Acquisition LLC announced its formation with the intention to bid for the assets.
