AgustaWestland has unveiled the DA VINCI helicopter to Swiss air-rescue operator REGA during an official ceremony held at AgustaWestland’s Vergiate plant on March 4th.

Today at the Heli-Expo show, AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica company, and CAE announced that AgustaWestland AW139 initial helicopter type rating and recurrent training is now available in Morristown, New Jersey, USA.

AgustaWestland and Tata Sons announced the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the formation of an Indian joint venture company which will establish a final assembly line for the AW119 helicopter in India.

AgustaWestland announced the assignment of the 100th Grand light twin helicopter to a Russian private customer. The aircraft will be used for VIP/corporate transport purposes by its owner Alexander G. Shishkin. Its handover will take place later this year.
